Truro

Truro has three platforms which serve routes to Falmouth, Penzance, Plymouth, and London Paddington.

The station is staffed between 06:45-20:05, Monday-Friday,
Saturday 06:40-19:05 and Sunday 09:15-19:20.


Accessibility
The whole station has step free access, although to get to platform 3 you do need to go outside the station and cross via the level crossing. You can gain access to straight from the main car park if you have your ticket as each entrance has ticketed gates.


Facilities
There is an accessible ticket machine, and one accessible ticket office counter with induction loops.

A Unisex accessible toilet is available on platform 2. It is usually is kept locked and requires a RADAR Key. There are grab rails and an assistance alarm provided inside.

An impaired mobility set down spot is located outside the main entrance to the station. The route from the designated drop off point is level.

There are two disabled parking spaces available in front of the main entrance next to the taxi rank. There is a small kerb leading to the pavement and the road is heavily cobbled and the pavement is uneven. It is free to park here for up to 20 minutes.

Accessible car park equipment is available at this station -ask at the ticket office or book in advance.


Onward travel
