St Austell

St Austell station is served by Great Western and provides connections to Truro and Penzance to the west and Plymouth and London Paddington to the east. There is also a dedicated bus service from here to local attraction, the Eden project.

There are two platforms and the station is manned from Monday-Friday 05:50-19:00, Saturday 06:50-19:00, and Sunday 09:45-16:45.

Accessibility
The station has step free access with access via a ramp to platform 2 from one entrance on that side on the station.

Facilities
There is an accessible ticket machine and an accessible ticket office counter with an induction loop available at this station.

A cafe is available inside the ticket hall and on platform 1 there is a unisex accessible toilet which requires a radar key.

There are 3 disabled parking spaces in the main station car park (on the platform 2 side). The car park is heavily cobbled so may cause a problem for some people. There are also 2 more accessible spaces outside the main entrance next to the drop off/pick up area.
