This is an entrance and exit without entry doors.
There is a Zebra crossing outside.
The approach to the entrance may cause difficulty for some users as the pavement is uneven on the approach to the entrance.
Wheelchair users can use the entrance unaided.

There are accessible ticket machines located at the station entrance by the ticket office and car park.

But there is no accessible ticket office counter but an induction loop is available.

An accessible toilet is available on platform 4.
The main entrance doors of the toilet are not automatic and the door to the toilet opens out. There are grab rails present and an assistance alarm is provided. There are no baby change facilities available in this toilet but there is a baby change cubicle adjacent although it is not accessible.
The toilets are not on level access. - There is a small incline leading into the toilet.
The toilets are kept locked and require a RADAR Key. A radar Key available from station staff. If you wish to buy a \\\'National Key Scheme\\\' key, [RADAR].

The whole station has step free access with access via lifts to platforms, and the ticket office and car park are step free.

Lifts
The lift car dimensions are sufficient for a wheelchair user and their companion.
The buttons are also in Braille, and there is an emergency alarm button within easy reach for all users.

Impaired mobility set down
Set- Down / Pick up Points are available at the station entrance. Assisted travel meeting point - Ticket office main concourse. Please notify a member of staff.

There are disabled parking spaces but unfortunately there is no accessible car park equipment.
