Bedford (Midland)

Bedford has frequent services to London St Pancras, Brighton, Gatwick Airport, St. Albans, Luton Airport and Nottingham. There are also some less frequent services to York, Scarborough, and Ashford International.

This station has five platforms (1, 1a, 2-4) and is staffed 24 hours.

Accessibility
The entire station has step free access. There is a 20 meter ramp with a shallow gradient, which used for wheelchair access for the entrance. Once inside there are lifts to and from the bridge to the platforms.

Facilities
There is one unisex accessible toilet located on platform 1. The toilet is kept locked and requires a RADAR key to unlock it. If you do not have one of these you can ask a member of staff to unlock it.

There are several accessible ticket machines in the ticket hall. The ticket counters include an induction loop.

Disabled parking spaces are available in the car park closest to the entrance access ramp (to the right of the entrance). Be aware this is a premiere parking permit holder car park - 20 minute waiting bays, blue badge holders and premiere permit holders only. There is also a taxi rank in this area.
