This is an entrance and exit double entry doors. The doorway is wide enough for all users and the doors are left open.
There is no safe crossing outside.

Ticket Hall Entrance
This is an entrance and exit with automatic double entry doors. The doorway is wide enough for all users and the doors slide open.
Outside there is a crossing area which has a central refuge.
Wheelchair users can use the entrance unaided.


Platform 1 Entrance
This is an entrance and exit with entry doors. The door is automatic with a manual switch and opens inwards. The manually operated powered doors activation system is positioned within reach of all users and the doorway is wide enough for all users.
There is no safe crossing outside.
Wheelchair users can use the entrance unaided.


Subway Entrance
This is an entrance and exit with double entry doors. The doorway is wide enough for all users and the doors are left open.
There is a raised crossing outside.
Wheelchair users can use the entrance unaided.



Customer help points available around the station

Accessible ticket machines are located at the station entrance by the ticket office.

There is an accessible ticket office counter with an induction loop available in the Booking hall.

Ramps used to access trains

Accessible taxis are available. Please request staff assistance.

An accessible low-level Pay Phone is available at the station main concourse. Staff are there to assistance if needed

Accessible toilets
A unisex accessible toilet is available on platform 1 & 2.
The main entrance doors of the toilet are not automatic and opens out. There are grab rails present and an assistance alarm provided.
There are baby change facilities in this toilet and they are accessible for a wheelchair user available.

The whole station has step free access
Passengers are advised that the westbound platform has a severe step between the train and the platform from the front 3 train carriages.

Impaired mobility set down
Set- Down / Pick up Points are available at the station entrance. Assisted Travel Meeting Point - Gateline at the main entrance concourse. Please notify a member of staff.

There are 4 disabled parking spaces near the subway entrance. It is free to park for blue badge holders. Wheelchair users can get from the parking area to the station without assistance.
